After reading through the client brief i believe i can achieve all of your requests, for the mandatory inclusions i will need a high quality image of your companies logo to include in the promotional video. The filming date is fine for me, (we then discussed times), I can understand the tone and image you would like to achieve and i think i can accommodate to this. For the soundtrack i understand you don't have a budget i can work around this to find copy right free music for free. For the voice over i will come back with a first draft and then you will be able to guide the voice actor with what he says, if you have any problems or would like to alter anything just call or email me.
