David lynch Is known for directing the well known TV Series 'Twin Peaks' and the film 'elephant man'. He is most known for his nightmare like cinematography and visuals, these are resembles in his films, eraserhead (1977) Lost highway (1997) Inland Empire (2006)
Distinct Visual style and techniques: Dark and nightmare like cinematography, his style of mise en scene and cinematography is very uncomfortable and resembles a childhood nightmare.
The Mise en Scene contributes a lot towards the intended effect of making the viewer uncomfortable.
Twin peaks: fire walk with me US is a spin off film of the TV series, although this isn't in the full style of David Lynch's cinematography there are still aspects of his unique style, i.e, creepy shots and ideas, and creepy mise en scene.
