This is an example of the client brief I will use when finding out information form my client regarding the content of their promotional video i will be making them.

Schedule: i would like you to film on the 28/01/2014 this is a day that would work well for me but it can be accommodated to another day if needed.

Hello Mr Johnson, i am happy with this opportunity to make a promotional video for your company, i have read through your brief and i am happy that i can meet your requirements for the video, there are just a few things i will need to ask first.

 

Would it be possible to be sent over a high resolution JPEG image of your companies logo, secondly i am happy to film on the date, and lastly regarding the song you require, i am happy to include this song but you will have to get permission from the record company, this can cost several thousand pounds. Thank you again
