Research Market audience

The market audience of the company I am making the promotional video for is a fairly small range. The video is going to be aimed at home owners, potentially families with small families that could be looking for a loft conversion/ extension for example, or a new couple that are looking for a small extension or modernisation, I am not going to base the market audience by age but by house owners, for the fact that my clients company would mainly appeal to home owners of all ages.
